Doing CRUNCHES is the top fat-burning exercise.
Lie on the floor. Place your hands on both sides of your head to support its weight and bend your knees with your feet on the floor. Lift your shoulders and upper back up and away from the floor. You can increase the speed or weight to increase the challenge.
You can also do TWISTED CRUNCHES.
This is almost same as abdominal crunches. The only difference is you will lift your shoulders higher and try to reach the opposite side of the knee using your elbow. Right elbow to left knee then left elbow to right knee.
Another option is SIDE CRUNCH.
What you will do with this is like twist crunches but you will also have to lift your legs along with your shoulders.
