People who develop disabilities are often being laughed at or mocked. Because they cannot do things that normal people can do, one would expect them to feel helpless. But the most dangerous part is their emotional depression. Because they can no longer do the things they used to do, they were often frustrated at how their lives turned out.
However, one patient remained positive regardless of his condition. His name is Kevin Taylor. He contracted a severe and rare form of nerve disorder called “reflexive sympathetic dystrophy” when he was 14 year old. He had to get his leg amputated. This has taken his ability to walk.
Despite his condition, Kevin remained resilient and looked out for the positive things that can happen in his life. He actually found his one true love with whom he shared his marital vows. During the reception of their wedding, Kevin made a surprise for her that really brought her to tears.

Although it has been a tough journey for Kevin, he managed to stay positive and determined in every trail that comes into his life.
If you were Kevin, would you also have this kind of attitude towards life given you are disabled? Share your opinions in the comments section below.
